NUMOBEL has developed a different approach to provide dealer services for our major customers. NUMOBEL currently works with a nationwide network of dealers that are capable of managing and installing the NUMOBEL product solution. However, NUMOBEL can support almost any dealer or installer with our software solutions, training and project management support. This allows us to provide a unique, flexible relationship to provide the best product and services solution in each market.

NUMOBEL has a dedicated FAST (Field Application Services Team) group that trains installation groups to become Certified NUMOBEL Installers and supports the installation of major accounts and projects.

As soon as a project is identified, the NUMOBEL Project Manager assigns a FAST Field Application Specialist. The FAST Specialist verifies which installation teams are certified in the project area and reviews the installation drawings to identify any irregularities that may cause installation difficulties. In many cases, the FAST Field Rep will travel to the project location to assist with the installation at no charge to the client or dealer.

Installation training is delivered by FAST Field Application Specialist to enable dealers to become Certified NUMOBEL Installers. These specialists are on job sites weekly, supporting dealers with the installation of our products. Therefore, they bring real life expertise to the training room when they are training the dealer installation teams.

We have developed a formal 3-day training program for Installation Certification that is conducted at the factory on a monthly basis (for new installers, dealer installation staff and end-user facility management staff.) For customers that wish to do their own installations or move/adds/change of Platform furniture, NUMOBEL will send a trainer to the customer’s facility to certify the customer’s staff in the proper installation and handling of our products.
